Terms of Service

Welcome to All Saints Play! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and All Saints Play LLC ("All Saints Play," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply when you use allsaintsplay.com, the All Saints Play mobile app, our emails, and any products, courses, downloads, or free resources we offer (together, the "Services"). By using our Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Your account

Some Services require an account. Please give accurate information, keep your login details private, and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account or make a purchase.

Digital products and licenses

Our products are digital downloads and online courses. No physical products are shipped. When you buy a product, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use it according to the license you purchased:

Single Household license: for personal, non-commercial use within your own household.
Group licenses (such as Parish & Classroom licenses): for use with the number of students stated on the license you purchased, in a classroom, parish, co-op, or similar group.

Unless your license allows it, you may not share, email, upload, post, resell, sublicense, or distribute our files, or share your account login with others. You may not use our products for commercial purposes, including selling printed copies. All content, designs, illustrations, and text are owned by All Saints Play LLC and protected by copyright. Using our products in ways your license does not allow may result in loss of access.

Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; changes do not affect orders you have already placed. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout. If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may pause or remove access to the product until the balance is paid.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds, except where required by law. If you have trouble accessing or downloading something you bought, please email us at [email protected] and we will gladly help.

Free resources and memberships

We may offer free resources and memberships, such as the Catholic Creativity Corner. We may change, pause, or discontinue free resources at any time.

The All Saints Play app

If you download our mobile app, these Terms apply to your use of it, along with the terms of the app store you downloaded it from. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content.

Acceptable use

Please use our Services respectfully. Do not misuse them, try to access them without permission, interfere with their operation, or post anything unlawful, harmful, or offensive in any comments or community spaces. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Educational use and supervision

Our resources are for general educational and faith-formation purposes. Many activities involve scissors, glue, candles, and other craft supplies. Please supervise children and use your own judgment about what is appropriate for your family or group. Candle covers are decorative and should never be left unattended near a flame.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to make our resources accurate and helpful, but we do not promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will meet every need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, All Saints Play LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use our Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
