As we turn the page into May, the Church invites us into something gentle and beautiful: a whole month dedicated to Mary, our Blessed Mother.

There’s something especially fitting about this. As flowers bloom and the world feels full of new life, we are reminded of Mary’s yes. Her openness to God brought Jesus into the world.

For our children, Mary is someone they can come to know simply: a loving mother who always leads us closer to her son, Jesus.
